Utilities in Diamond Lake Estates

This is a list of the utility companies that service DLE.  We hope this information helps you as you are looking to buy a lot or home.

Natural Gas

Natural gas service is provided by NIPSCO.  Call 800-634-3524.

City Sewer

Diamond Lake Estates is serviced by the city of Auburn's sewer system.  This is a major selling point, as septic systems in the area can cost from $15,000-30,000.  The sewer rate is a flat $68 fee per month, regardless of usage.  Call 260-925-0365.

Electricity

Electrical service is provided by Indiana Michigan Power (AEP).  Call 800-311-4634.

Internet/Phone/TV

Plans are underway to bring fiber optic services to DLE in early 2017.  Visit the fiber optic information page to learn about details.

Phone only

AT&T services the telephone needs for the neighborhood.  They do not offer any type of internet service, however.  Call 844-855-1539.

Television only

Cable TV is currently unavailable in DLE.  The neighborhood is close enough to Fort Wayne that most TV antennas work well for basic channels.  However, if satellite TV is preferred, Direct TV is available at 855-838-4388 and Dish Network at 855-808-9616.

Internet only

Some homes are able to be serviced by wireless internet carrier LightningNet.  Call 260-927-1212.  Other residents have used cell-based internet connections through Sprint (866-275-1411) or Verizon (800-256-4646).

Trash and recycling services

Washler INC of Auburn provides weekly trash services (on Thursday) for approximately $71 per quarter.  For a 96 gallon recycling container, there is an additional $6 fee per quarter.  Call 260-925-8427.

Other residents also use Republic Services for trash and recycling.  Call 260-747-4117.
