How much are the HOA dues?

Dues are $350 a year, due on August 31.

Are there still lots available?

No, all lots have been sold at this time.

I see small flags from time to time near the sign.  What are those?

We use Pond Champs to maintain the health of the ponds.  They place flags at the entrance to let us know when they have treated the ponds.  It's possible you should stay out of the ponds for 24+ hours for safety.
